At Boutique Jacques International, we are committed to ensuring your sartorial satisfaction. If your selection does not meet your expectations, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your customer account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached to ensure the product remains in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your parcel, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
